From the leader until the person who works behind the scenes are very important. So, we really need to figure it out if we want to make a film.
The first is the chairman of the film, a producer. Producer is fully responsible in film-making if oneday there is problem. This is the person that finance film-making. On the order hand, this person also pay a salary for the crew. Producer is a powerful person here that can make decision the film should be produce or not.
The second important person is the director, the leader of the film-making process. Become a director is not easy, it needs a big responsible for their job to make the film become successful in the market. They must so good on predicting something the best for the film. Director is also must good at directing the actors to express their role. Furthermore, help to form character of the actors and decide the setting of the film to make the film so catchy are their work, too. It is need work hard you know.
